In recent years live concert photographer Steve Johnston has been combining his passion for live music and photography at numerous rock music festivals in the UK. He has photographed at musical festivals such as Sonisphere, Bloodstock, Hard Rock Hell, Hammerfest, HRH Doom Vs Stoner, HRH Metal, Amplified Festival and Steelhouse Festival.
Steve has photographed a range of rock and metal genres, from classic rock to thrash metal, creating a collection of iconic images, some of which are displayed in this festival photography gallery. Bands photographed include Sepultura, Sum 41, Bernie Marsden, Exodus, Black Star Riders and many more.
